Excellent emergency service after midnight! I was given accurate information and all went well, when my cat was trying to part with a kitten stuck in her birthing canal. An operation was required and I was given accurate information throughout her ordeal. As it happened, all went well and she was able to return home at 7.30am after being in their care for roughly 6 hours! Accurate information about the approximate cost was given to me prior the operation etc. Which in the end was slightly cheaper! Although not cheap, but great service overall was supplied but she's worth the investment! A big thank you to the staff at Myerscough Vets, Longsight Rd. Blackburn. Or is it Preston? Lol.

Early hours we had to take our dog to emergency vet whilst we were on holiday. From arriving a nurse let us in very friendly,we waited around 15 minutes to see the vet called Mari. She was very nice with us and our dog. She gave her a thorough examination but found nothing conclusive as to why she took ill. ( one of those strange things that happen we suppose) But Mari helped put our minds at ease and said we could go back if things got worse. We were grateful for her help.

Great service, kind and helpful. Got our kitten spayed and they managed to book us in next day. Although there was no availability at this branch, they did arrange for an ambulance to take my kittens to another branch and bring her back. All done with great after service also

I have been using my vet since I got my beloved dog Milo nearly 5 years ago. We have always seen Ana at Clitheroe who is incredible. Yesterday Milo & I met Mal, who is covering for Ana & she was also incredible. Exceptionally thorough & knowledgeable, as well as kind - a perfect vet all round …

Had to take our frenchie last night emergency appointment, she was unbalanced, twitching head and eyes plus rapid breathing. My son took her and they whisked her off into a room to give oxygen and put a drip up. They took bloods and said they thought it was toxicity? Then they said it wasn’t that and thought it was more neurological? Said they recommend that she needed a CT scan in Runcorn which would cost between £3000-£5000!! Now I’m no expert but surely a dog displaying loss of balance and rapid eye/head movement would be checked for ear infection? They gave her steroid injection and we said we’d pick her up in the morning. They took £1000 from my son as a ‘down payment’ for her treatment and I picked her up at 7.15am to be told outstanding bill was £836.60! So for overnight stay and injection, drip etc it was £1836.60!!! Then I had to take her to her registered vet to be given steroids and antibiotics at further cost. These people know how much we love our pets and are exploiting people! Money isn’t the issue for animals you love but come on stop the overpricing 😡
