We recently had to visit the vet with our Lhasa Apso, Poppy. She had a problem with her 'kneecaps' the first consultation with the vet was great she explained what the problem was and recommended an X ray which fortunately we only had to wait a couple of days. The vet we saw was brilliant he explained everything to us, after the x rays he again explained everything clearly. All the staff we saw there were excellent. Thank you.

Stay well clear! Impossible to make a general appointment they do not take phone calls it’s online communication only unless it’s an emergency. I have tried to cancel my pet plan as I am unable to make use of it because you can’t get through to anyone or there’s no appointments available. Despite emailing to explain this they couldn’t care less and just remind you that you’re in a contract and are liable for the payments. This is just another money made surgery.

We had to say goodbye to our lovely old boy, Oscar, recently, and I can’t thank the team at Animal Trust enough for the care and compassion they showed us. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such thoughtfulness. They had a quiet room set aside, giving us the space and time we needed without feeling rushed. The vet gently talked us through the whole process, explaining everything with such calm and kindness. In Oscar’s final moments, they were incredibly gentle and respectful – it meant a lot to see him treated with such dignity. It’s never an easy thing to go through, but I’m truly grateful we were supported by such a caring team. Thank you for helping us give Oscar a peaceful goodbye.

Jennifer is an incredible vet. Listened to my concerns about my boy Lenny and quickly discovered he had a heart issue. This had been missed previously by several vets. She did all the necessary actions for him. We are now hopefully on a path to getting some answers. Jennifer was also brilliant with my mums dog. Thank you!
