Absolutely brilliant with my puppy. In the end after a earlier hours ride to the vets, the lovely ladys on duty there relieved my mind that shadow had eaten nothing wrong. When I got home to discover a dropped dog biscuit was indeed missing. I was relieved. She is happily playing with her toys once more. Thanks girls for been there when I needed you're assistance.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Apart from that the experience here was not very good. I was told I would have a wait but was then left for 2 hours with no communication at all after my pet was triaged. No update was given as to when my pet was going to be properly seen to or what the next step was in treating him so ended up having to walk out before being properly seen to go and get proper treatment elsewhere.

I really cant thank vets now enough for saving my 4-1/2 week old kitten Pongo’s life . My cat recently had kittens, everything was going swimmingly until one Sunday morning , I went in to clean them up only to find Pongo looking lifeless . I rushed him to vets now who took him in and brought him back to health within a few hours as good as new . He is now home safe and sound as if nothing happened . It was a very expensive day which I wasn’t expecting . But it did happen outside my normal vets hours , and to have my little Pongo back , as far as I’m concerned was worth every penny. I’ve added some Photos . These were taken after I got him home

We were transferred across to vets now as out dog needed an emergency stay after becoming extremely unwell. The staff were kind, calm and compassionate. Everything was explained very clearly about what would happen and they were very transparent about pricing and cost. Thanks for taking such good care of Georgie ☺️

Our kitten got rushed in with what we thought was heat stroke however it turned out to be a pulmonary edema and at only 6 months old nobody could understand why. After a night of treatment and oxygen he hadn’t improved and we were given the option to wait abit longer or put him to sleep. We didn’t want him to suffer anymore so we opted to put him to sleep so he wasn’t in pain anymore. The staff were amazing and allowed us time to be with him and say goodbye and they were also amazing with our disabled 4 year old even when he got upset and was shouting that he wanted him to come home. After he had gone to sleep we said our final goodbyes and the staff were so kind to do us a card, vial of fur and some paw prints and they had gently wrapped him in a blanket in his carrier for us to bring home to bury. The whole process was so gentle and we could see that the staff really cared… I am so greatful they allowed us to be with him in his final moments and he was so happy to see our little boy (his best friend) that he even tried to wave his tail like he always did at home.! Thankyou so much… sleep well and with no more pain, our beautiful boy COW…! 💔💙💔

I can’t thank the team enough for acting so promptly when our dog Oscar slipped a disc. The team recognised immediately that Oscar needed an MRI to determine why he had suddenly become paralysed. They found a wonderful neurologist in Chester who could meet us within a couple of hours and Oscar was operated on late on a Sunday evening for a slipped disc. 4 weeks later he is able to walk. The compassion they showed and the speed that the team got us help has given Oscar a chance of a happy and fulfilled life so thank you.
