From the latest reviews, this branch appears to handle routine care (vaccinations, general examinations, nail clips) as well as procedures (one owner describes a “small procedure” for an unwell dog and going home with pain relief). Owners also describe practical handling choices—for example, examining a nervous dog on the floor instead of on the table. Feedback on value and outcomes is mixed: one reviewer reports paying £110 for a very short consultation and spending £3,000+ related to knee surgery with no improvement, while others describe thorough examinations and being mindful of costs.
Based on the website summary and the latest written reviews available to us, services mentioned include
4.5 stars from 281 reviews. - Gentle handling and accommodating nervous pets: one owner says their dog is fearful and staff examined her on the floor rather than using the table.

A word of caution before going with Myerscough Vets. I brought my dog to this vetinary practice for knee surgery, I have spent 3 grand plus on the trying to fix the issue. I was charged £110 for 2 minutes consoltation and I no advice was given. I am not going back there again as my dog is in the same condition after 8 months of treatment.

Go else where. They dont follow contract terms. They will charge you when you dont owe anything. Also after clipping dogs nails, she limped for days. Blood every where poor baby. I will never use this vets again.

Very pleased with my visit yesterday. My little frenchie wasn’t well, I was concerned obviously for him but the cost too. The vet was able to see to him, carry out a small procedure that he needed and all we needed to come away with was pain relief. Very impressed with the vet herself, she was lovely and brilliant with my dog. Definitely recommend.

Really friendly staff, my dog hates going to the vets, they examine her on the floor as she is scared of going on the examination table 🤣 I purchased a lovely purple harness for her 💜
